| Insurance As we provide outdoor adventure tours, your personal safety is one of our key concerns. However, we cannot be held liable should a mishap occur which is beyond the control of our company and any of its staff. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you arrange for your own comprehensive travel insurance prior to the trip. Your responsibilities. There are inherent risks and hazards associated with our kind of outdoor adventure tours. By accepting the booking, you also agree to take responsibility for your own actions and personal safety. During the tour, it is necessary for you agree to abide by the authority of the tour guide, who will be working to ensure the safety and welfare of the group. Any personal action that jeopardizes this condition may result in you being asked to leave the tour with no right to a refund or any compensation. Special requests and any medical issues or conditions must be brought to our attention at the time of booking. We cannot be held liable for any actions or events that could have been avoided with proper disclosure of information. You will also be responsible for your own personal property, including your passport. Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicle(s). Our Responsibilities The Company’s responsibility starts at the designated meeting point and time i.e. when you meet the tour guide in Ulaanbaatar, capital city of Mongolia. We will not be held liable for any expense or inconvenience, before that or as a result of your failure to join our tour group at the designated point and designated time We will not be held responsible in events that are beyond our control such as terrorist attacks, political unrest, war, earthquakes, landslides, cancellations or delays of airlines and train companies. Booking and payments To confirm your place on a tour, you will need to return a completed booking form with a deposit of 20% of total cost. There will be no contract until the deposit is received. On receipt of your deposit, we will send a confirmation of the booking to you. We will also send the details for the payment of the balance tour monies. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. If you are booking within the 8 weeks of the tour start date, then full payment is required at time of booking. If the balance is not paid by the due date, Mongolian Luxury Tours Co., Ltd will treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges as detailed below. Payment can be made by bank transfer, international money transfer services or VISA and MasterCard. The Company will not accept responsibility for any monies sent by post. Cancellation Confirmation All bookings and other queries will be responded to within 48 hours.
